How does the 3 Month Free Trial Offer Work?

This is a fully functional system with all the capabilities of the other systems. We will issue you a username and password and you can use the system as you see fit. We understand you want to see how the software functions first hand and this is the perfect plan to do so. After using the software for free months, if you decide you want to keep using it we will issue you an invoice. You can pay it and continue using the system or you not pay it and discontinue. The choice is up to you.

How do you price your system? Is it per user?

We have a single monthly fee for using the software. It's simple. There are no per seat charges, user fees, or other hidden costs. You simply pay one monthly fee and that's it.

Are there any long-term commitments required?

We do not require that you sign any contracts or enter into any long-term commitment. The system is pay as you go. If you decide you wish to discontinue the service just quit paying the invoice.

Can I pay with Credit Card?

Yes, you may pay by credit card. You also have the option of paying by invoice and check. This is your choice.

What Credit Cards do you take?

We take Mastercard and Visa. We do not take American Express.

How do I use the system?

We configure a system specifically for you. Then you will be issued a username and password. You go to the site, log in, and begin using your software. Nothing could be easier.

Can I pay in advance?

Our default payment plan is every three months. This is how most customers pay. You can request something different, for example a year in advance. We do not prorate service or provide refunds.

Do I get tech support with my subscription?

Our systems have been refined over years of use so there is little to be done. We provide phone support to our paying customers only. If you have problems just call us and will fix your problem over the phone.
